I love Rinse!! It is worth every penny. I no longer have to lug my laundry to the laundromat and spend hours to wash and fold my clothes. I think the Rinse and Repeat Plan is great. Rinse also has amazing customer service. If there is an issue they promptly resolve it professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone who does not have a washer and dryer in their home. One more advantage is not buying laundry detergent. Another super plus!!

The valet brought my clothes back right on time and they were all folded perfectly - and very importantly, just as I would have folded them. Such an easy process and having your clean and folded clothes delivered to you vs. going down to the laundry room and spending 2+ hours of my Saturday. This love this service!

We started using Rinse during the pandemic, when sheer stasis caused our stuff to pile up and I will admit - begin to get moldy!
I had a good feeling from the beginning. They accommodate my need not to have chemical products wafting from my laundry, the dispatchers are prescient angels, the valets are funny, kind, strong and friendly and the unseen launderers do bang up work!
They also accept clothing donations to save a Goodwill trip and have dry cleaned my winter coat.
