I phoned in to see if a percription that my doctor had sent there count be filled. I was told that it was ready and waiting for me. I didn’t expect it to have been filled without my asking so that was nice. It was very easy to go in and pick it up, no waiting.

If I could rate this place a ZERO star, I would. Completely ridiculous and terrible customer service. They have lost my business completely.! I have never had issues with Rite Aid before and tonight I went to drop off a prescription and was told they can’t fill my prescription due to insurance that I know is covered and said I would have to pay out of pocket and sent me to Walgreens where I know I would have to pay out of pocket anyways and would not let me pay there. Completely rude and not helpful. If you have prescriptions to fill , DO NOT GO HERE. I will be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow.
