Rite Aid Pharmacy

this pharmacy is the worst. the safeway pharmacy across the street has longer wait times but MUCH better pharmacists

Somehow they are always understaffed. Prescription sent in around 11:20am. Called twenty mins later to find out if it would be ready in an hour. Sure no problem. Showed up 2 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. Was told anytime after 3pm would be good. Showed up at 4 and again it wasn’t ready.

I know I am just one customer but there are other options and will look elsewhere.
