I have visited this pharmacy multiple times and each time we are treated with the some of the poorest customer service I have witnessed. Whether it has been the pharmacy never filling a prescription I have called about on more than one occasion or belittling my partner when she has tried to schedule a vaccine appointment. The inability of the staff to effectively communicate with patrons and carry out the various functions of their job has made it difficult to want to return to this specific location. I do hope that these are isolated incidents and that those who are in need of assistance at this location receive the proper care and attention they deserve.

Every time I go into Rite Aid I always hear some thing like Police online one and security go to this section or facial recognition on? It makes me feel unsafe when I’m in the store why in the world with Rite Aid have facial recognition isn’t that at airports and federal buildings. Are they just trying to scare their customers?

Love the folks in the pharmacy here! I had a wonderful experience with the woman (forgive me I don't remember your name at the moment) but she collects pens. I watched the pen lady interact with others and she was friendly and cheerful. Great customer service! Gloria was also fantastic she went above and beyond when calling in. I appreciate you all in the pharmacy, great work, keep it up! The manager is also very kind. People at the front need to work on their greeting and smiles but other than that great customer service.
