The most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever had to deal with. I called ahead to make sure my refill was ready and the girl that answered was rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Then I get there at 558 and they said they are closed. Yes I should have come earlier but things happened but now I don’t get my medication because like the girl said they have other things to attend to and they can’t wait to help me. Because I guess 558 is 6 to them

Dennis in the Pharmacy was very helpful in resolving an issue with our RXs due to a change in our Medicare provider. He called us several times to suggest resolution. When it was resolved, he and all the pharmacy techs were SO HAPPY!

I decided to come here after Walgreens was never there and would close randomly all the time ! I can not express what a change of environment this pharmacy is . From the staff to the pharmacist himself . This pharmacist was literally heaven sent to me . I recommend anyone and everyone who prefers better quality of service and environment. That you Rite Aid pharmacy for being absolutely amazing and continuing to help my family in a time of need .
