Many of the pharmacy are not friendly, big turnover and prescriptions are slow to be filled. Days, unless you call after 2nd day & not ready. Very frustrating when you need meds "NOW". One time it took 4 days. Unacceptable!!!

A customer was eating ice cream in the store without her mask on. An employee did ask her to stop eating, which she did, but she didn't put the mask back on all the way, and was never asked to, despite being at check out. When I asked the cashier if they enforce the mask policy he said that he did ask her to fix the mask but "there is only so much you can do." The other cashier there told me that they can't refuse service so they just have to let it go. This isnt safe, and it isn't true. The least you could do is ask, and not lie to your customers about the law.

I went to Rite aid to receive my first Covid vaccine 4 weeks ago without a problem except for the woman who checked me in. There was concern from my husband who was with me why he was not on the roster as he thought he had registered correctly. He had not and she refused to try to help get him register correctly so he could receive the vaccine that day. She said we were late which was not true. We were there on time, but there was no signage for the shot so we waited in the pharmacy line causing "lateness". I did get my shot and the young lady who administered the vaccine was very nice. I asked the woman who checked me in about the second shot, and I was told I would be notified. I was not. I called Riteaid and spoke to a young lady who did not give me her name, but hung up on me. I then realized that the likelihood of her calling me back as she said she would was probably zero. I then called another pharmacy provider and scheduled for my second shot without a problem.
