5/29/22……great store… my interest was the pharmacy. Wow……great staff & very courteous. My problem was the price. I should have checked before I choose a pharmacy on Sunday. My pharmacy was not opened so picked RiteAid. They do NOT accept “GoodRX”. Big mistake on my part. I learned my lesson. Totally my fault.

Every time I go into this store, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Especially the blonde cashier, Crystal. She’s always very kind and makes every trip into the store a happy one. I did see someone else had complained about her on here, although I don’t know what complaints you could possibly have about her. She’s definitely got a talent for customer service. How no one else has recognized her in the way that I have is very shocking. I used to stay far away from Rite Aid unless for ice cream but because of this cashier, I’ve definitely warmed up to the place. Keep up the great work, Crystal! 😁

Family went to get their shots. A pharmacy Karen lady would not let us all take the shot at once, even when our appointment is back to back by just 30 minutes apart. She wanted us to wait 30 minutes apart. Went in from 9am and did not get out till almost 12. She claim that she cannot do it because if other patient check in then they will have to delay the other patients just bc they are doing us all at once. Online schedules is still available... within our wait time... no one else showed up too. Wait time was so long, half our other family waiting quickly scheduled at Walgreens right across the street. Same day, just 15 min away from our wait. Walgreens took care of them sooner than rite aid and we are still waiting at rite aid. We should have went to Walgreens instead. The half that went there got all their shot back to back without waiting too long. I'll never return here unless I had to or no other choice.
