I called to transfer a prescription to this Rite Aid location after the one on Lincoln was scheduled to close. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I informed them I would be taking my business elsewhere. I've never been spoken to so angrily on the phone, and I wouldn't personally want someone like that handling my medication. I called the location in Santa Monica on Wilshire, and the transfer was completed professionally and in less than two minutes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT SEND YOUR PERSCRIPTIONS TO THIS LOCATION! They never process your order accurately or in a timely manner. Rude and Unhelpful Staff. The computer system is always having issues and they just say come back later with no idea what to do.

Worst rite aid ever. Shelves almost always half empty went in to get earplugs and melatonin to sleep and didn’t even have earplugs… oh and if you want razors you have to wait 10 minutes to get razors unlocked. Store attendant told me lots of items locked now due to high theft. Guess you can thank Gavin Newsom for that
