I have filled prescriptions here for years! It is ALWAYS he said/she said. Nothing ever is easy go. The male pharmacist has been nothing but rude and short tempered to the point I get anxious about which pharmacist will be working when I go pick up. You are not open to ask questions or ask for explanations. I have tried to brush it off that he deals with a lot of "want" and pressure from people and the homeless population around there are difficult as well! Tonight was the worst though! His behavior was uncalled for and embarrassing. Additionally, I learned the asthma medications that end up not being covered by my insurance that I decline due to share of cost, get left like I never picked them up. When I was told RiteAid reached out to my Dr to request medications covered by my insurance, they never did so I got stuck in the middle of the insurance and the Dr looking like a slacker to all! I am not perfect but I did not deserve his reaction this evening or many other occasions!
