The Granite Falls Rite Aid is one of the best I have been to. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and today the checker “Josie“ saw she had a long line of customers waiting. She opened a second register and was able to decrease the waiting time for everyone by doing double duty. She was friendly and I was just so impressed with her attitude I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves.
I have also had my vaccinations done at the store, and as a retired nurse of 40 years I can tell you I am impressed with their efficiency and the procedure of the pharmacist. Overall I have never had a bad experience at this store and I do go there often.
