3:03 on hold. They're closed now. Still haven't even answered nor stated they're now closed. Came in to pick up a prescription that was filled on the 14th. Went in on the 14th, prescription filled too soon. They told me to come back on the 16th. Went back on the 16th, was told that I had to come back on the 18th because too many days in the month. It's the 18th and my prescription isn't ready. I've been on hold for 3 hours and 10 minutes. I work at an Emergency Department. I've NEVER experienced this level of apathy. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Horrible patient service and complete indifference.

Three hours on hold. I’ve been at the #1 hold position for a full hour. Also, every sign they put up is handwritten or so poorly done that it looks like 6th graders run the place. They have repeatedly failed to fill my simple prescriptions even within a week of my order. Unbelievable!

Been using this place for almost 2 years. Recently I keep getting prior authorization.. when I called my doctor and finally got approved, they never notified me and I've waited 3 months on meds a really need. When I called to ask about this, the pharmacist hung up on me!! Wow!! What uncaring people!! They should be fired..
Finally they filled my script really quick. Updated sun. September 29. Thank you!
