I like items Rite Aid has to offer.
The cashiers are super friendly and helpful.
It's a good store.

Don't use the pharmacy on weekends. The pharmacist is not very kind. The lady pharmacists that work during the week our awesome. Thoughtful and kind. They will help in most situations. The weekend guy will not.

I recently had an experience with the pharmacy that I don't understand. They switched my prescription to another prescription that made me sick. They said that they sometimes run out of the first prescription and so they use another similar one to try to stretch the first one. But, they didn't tell me!! If they had told me, I would have told them that I react to NP Thyroid which is why I take Armour Thyroid. The NP Thyroid tablets are very similar in appearance to the Armour Thyroid tablets so I didn't even notice they were not Armour. When I asked them if I could have my $50.00 back, I still have most of the NP so I could prove I didn't take it, they said they couldn't refund it because too much time had passed. When I said I had not been informed of the switch, the woman I was speaking with said "We have signs everywhere!", i.e. it's my fault. :-( There was another questionable thing they did so I told one of the women in the pharmacy, by phone, that I had been a customer since the store opened years ago, and I often stop at Rite Aid when I'm in town, but now I'm considering switching to another pharmacy and not shopping at Rite Aid anymore to which the employee replied: "Have a happy day!" Grrrrr!
