I have been using Rite Aid in Hayden for last 4 years. The “bald guy” has a name. Keith is clearly printed on his name tag. Keith may have a serious demeanor but he’s very good at his job. He was a huge help with a tricky prescription after my husband’s surgery. I definitely like knowing he’s there taking care of my prescriptions. 👍🏼👍🏼 for this pharmacy.

Arrived early for vaccine appointment. No one (zero) waiting for a vaccine. Pharmacist visible and not filling prescriptions. I was called in by pharmacist for my vaccine at exact time of scheduled appointment....... after waiting for at least a half hour with absolutely NO PEOPLE ARRIVING FOR VACCINES! RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!

The staff are always knowledgeable, greet you upon arrival and keep you informed. They also go the extra mile to find the best pricing for your medication. The only RX my family will use.
