Pretty disappointed in this location. I had my prescriptions transferred from Bartells on 19th due to the complete lack of competency with my medications. I can't say I'm any happier here. The staff in the pharmacy is rude! The greeting you don't get when they answer the phone is angering. They can't even take the time to acknowledge your existence and ask you to hold, they just pick up ND put you on hold. I'm sick of feeling like they'd rather be doing anything other then what their paid to do, like provide people their medications! I spend way too much money every single month in this establishment to be treated like this at all and bc of that I'm currently looking for another pharmacy. The smaller, privately owned ones tend to be better, more respectful of you and your time. Moving on to the actual store, this is the most ridiculous large name store I've ever been to! Like many other posts have mentioned the store is insanely hot and has been that way for way too long! They obviously don't care about their employees nor their customers comfort or it would of been fixed immediately and not continued for YEARS! It's not like they don't make enough money! Do not respond Rite Aid with your pre written fake apology and rant about how it'll be better. I don't wanna hear it! Just do better, that's it!
