Prescriptions are rarely filled in time. I have to speak to someone in the pharmacy to get our prescription filled and when I call the phone is NEVER answered. I have called multiple times on different days and still NO answer! I have to physically go into the pharmacy then to be told to wait for the refill. Who has time for this on a reoccurring basis, like every month having to deal with this is just the worst customer service ever!! If I could give a ZERO star I would!
If there was a way to give Zero stars I would. Actually, I’d give demerits! I’ve only given a bad review once in my life but my experience at the Rite Aide on 35th and 80th was one of the worst in my life. I came down with a severe tooth ache and couldn’t get to my dentist before closing. So he ordered antibiotics and pain medicine to help till they open on Monday. There ended up being a complication with my order and took a quite a while to get it sorted out. In the mean time the pharmacist was incredibly rude to me. I’m 72, an upright citizen who has only taken medicine that was prescribed to me. I haven’t needed to pain medicine in many years, however I was being treated as if I was a vagrant drug addict. Since it was taking hours to get it filled, when I asked about it the girls at the counter would ignore me and were totally not helpful. I was going to give it 15 minutes longer and then go to the emergency room instead, I felt that bad. But it worked out in the end. I’m changing to a different pharmacy. I felt I should post my terrible experience of awful customer service, to warn anybody who reads this to choose a different pharmacy
