Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. You go to fill a prescription after being at the E.R, (obviously you need the medication right away) they will make you wait or tell you to come back in 3 hours ( 3 hrs to fill a prescription) and let's not talk about refills. I order a refill and was told it would be ready by five. I didn't go untill 3 days later to pick it up. Well it wasn't ready. This went on for months between taking forever to get my medication,, to the employees at the pharmacy being rude and looks like they are tired and moody. I had enough and transfer my prescription to CVS.

3 Rx were mis-sent by my MD to another pharmacy. When I arrived at RiteAid, the correct drug store, the assistant politely explained the delay. The Pharmacist also took time to explain that the Rx were filled by another drug store and would have to be cancelled by the other drug store, before my insurance would okay RiteAid to fill them. I was disappointed by my doctor's error and admired RiteAid for explaining the delay. They called the next morning and I picked the drugs up that day. The Pharmacist and assistance were professional, patient and informative

Makes the $ store look like a luxury shop … place is always out of stock and service is dreadful
