HOLY MOLY! If you can’t afford to stay open just say that. How is it that their freezers are out AGAIN after getting fixed? You go there for ice cream and everything’s “out of order” again so you have to wait 40 minutes in line to get an ice cream carton from the front just to find out they don’t have any of the flavors you want.
Now it’s fine if they don’t have a flavor BUT I went up to the ice cream counter to ask for a carton and they told me to wait in line and ask for it at the register. Well thanks for letting waste time in line to find out there is none left in the flavor I needed. Could’ve just told me at the ice cream counter rather than waste my time. This place is a joke.

If getting your medication in a timely matter is important. Do NOT get it filled at this pharmacy!!! This shortest version I can give with isn’t short at all. I called to have my meds moved to this location from another pharmacy. The employee told me she would call me back later that day and let me know when it’s been moved. I never was called back. The following day I called back to see what happened. This call was disastrous. The employee told me he was filling in for the manager. He asked me repeatedly for my information and acted like he couldn’t hear me. Then he said he couldn’t fine me in the system. I was only miraculous found after I informed him just yesterday the employee found my file with no problem. He said that he didn’t see any transfer of medication in place. I had to hang up and call my old pharmacy to see what was going on. They informed me they send the prescription over yesterday when it was requested. I had to call back Rite Aid pharmacy. This time the employee who had helped me the day before answered. She informed me that my prescription was lost in limbo. This is my blood pressure medication. It’s a very important prescription which I run out of today. It’s been 5 days later now from my first phone call. I even called the corporate office for help in this very important matter whom told me the district manager should help me locate my prescription. I’ve not received a call going on four days from the district manager. Do yourself a huge favor and stay way from Rite Aid pharmacies. It’s a lot of lip service with NO follow through!

Very bad service. I waited in line to buy medicine for my son for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn, the cashier left me to help in the ice cream section. There was already another worker serving ice cream yet she still left me waiting.
