My RiteAid is great and I am grateful for it, because if not for them, I'd have to go to Walgreen's where every Rx either takes for-Ever to pick up or is messed up! Yeah, I tried Walgreen's when it finally hit my town and it SUCKED! RiteAid staff NEVER messes up my Rx's, they're always friendly, willing to help if I want it and leave me the hell alone the rest of the time so I never feel pressured! Some know me by name because RiteAid doesn't seem to play high employee turn over and that's awesome.

I really want to give props to Josiah in the Fortuna Pharmacy: he is always friendly and helpful and he, himself, deserves 5 stars.
Rite Aid Pharmacy, overall, does a good job. It would be helpful if they would notify the customer of prescriptions denied by the doctor and/or not responded to by the doctor instead of only notifying when the prescription is filled and ready for pick up.

I love Rite Aid. I've been shopping there for many, many years and they always have some really good deals.
