We stayed at this private RV park for 3 nights at the beginning of August. The park is a combination mobile home / RV park. The RV portion is located at the rear of the property along the Similkameen River. The RV pads are gravel off paved roads and back onto a nice comfortable green space and large cottonwood trees. The park is well maintained and clean. It has WiFi which works most of our the time barring any electrical storms which have frequented the valley this year. It is within easy walking distance to all town amenities. The sites are 30 amp with water and sewer at a very reasonable price. The location is safe and off the main road, making it quiet and comfortable. Reservations are recommended as there are limited RV sites available and the hosts welcome overnight RV'ers as well as long term.

Good for an overnight stay. The people were friendly and the grounds were clean. The sites are small and straight side by side so it was a challenge to get in the spot. I'm not sure how we would have fit the 5th wheel and truck if the site next to us had been full. They have a nice playground for the kids. There are some permanent mobile homes in the park but they are all nice and well maintained. Very clean. Post office is right across the street if you need to send post cards!

Beautifully quiet place between Lake Ossoyoos and the historic Similkameen.
A bird watcher's paradise!
Within easy walking distance of town. Nice people.
