The fairways are in great condition but the greens are like putting on shag carpet. Full shoulder turns on 40 foot putts and with moisture even more.

Two Very Good courses to play that's both fun & challenging. I particularly like coming here for their driving range and practice area. Price to play the courses are reasonable especially twilight deals.

I played both the Vineyard course & the Victoria Lakes. Vineyard is a nice course however the Victoria Lakes is not only prettier but substantially more difficult. The only problem I had was when the starter on 14(Vineyard) wanted me to play another course because and I quote, "he was hoping to go home early."(started round at 3:30 finished @ 6:30). Both courses are great. Greens roll really nicely & both courses are well maintained. People do not fix their ball marks on the greens.
