Appalling customer service.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had a loved one pass away very recently who’s last wishes were to have the gold crowns on their teeth removed prior to cremation. I was calling around, inquiring to see if anyone knew of a dentist who performed these services.
When I called River View to ask if they knew of a dentist, the woman who answered the phone was one of the rudest most insensitive persons I have ever spoken to. She told me they don’t do that, that I was desecrating a body, that my loved one should have done this while they were alive! And that they should have set this up before they died. My loved one died suddenly a week prior.
All she had to say was we don’t know of anyone who provides those services. Simple as that. Instead she went on a judgmental tirade against me and my deceased loved one at an incredibly painful time.
Absolutely abhorrent behavior.
