Thomas displayed true professionalism and helped us with our heater repair! Our unit broke down and we reached out to the company that installed it, but they were unable to attend to us until the following week. I researched other contractors and Riverside Bros - Heating & Cooling Contractors stood out due to their excellent reviews. To our relief, they were able to attend to us that very same day. I was truly impressed by how meticulously Thomas worked to identify the problem. We needed a new circuit board which unfortunately was not available until the following week. Despite the inconvenience, we managed to get by without the heater over the weekend. Come Monday morning, Thomas was here and he installed the new circuit board. Our heater was operating flawlessly afterwards! I'm so thankful for Riverside Bros - Heating & Cooling Contractors and, in particular, Thomas. I cannot endorse them enough. If we ever have any more issues with our heater, I know who to contact right away. Thank you once again!
