I am torn about this rating because Curtis with Riverside Galleries is a very responsive professional. However, after making many purchases since April I've had 2 pretty big problems. Number 1: one of the items I purchased was definitely NOT what was sent to me. Again, Curtis is very professional and refunded me for the item. Number 2: another piece I bought, a rose gold diamond bracelet, broke the first time it was handled. Curtis, again, is making sure to set it right. However, these issues do leave a bad taste in my mouth as to ever purchasing again.
