I wanted to leave this review for a couple of reasons. One for letting folks know how pleasantly surprised I was with the swift professional service I received when my electric garage door gave me problems and I was desperate to get it fixed. It had fallen twice and could have killed someone.
The call was made and the next day, Nick the service tech from Riverside (called beforehand) which I always appreciate a heads up, and in no time he was at my garage, diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken spring.
Any successful business, especially in our Valley knows, that their customer service is a make you or break you kind of thing. Thank you, Nick (and Riverside Doors) !!
You most definitely are a gigantic asset at Riverside Doors. 😊
