What a time for my AC to quit working - August in Arizona!??! Really?!!? Went to a friends house and called the air conditioning repair company - they were able to get someone out that same day to check out my system. Apparently my AC compressor was out, but the repair person was able to get started working on it right away, and I didn't need a whole new system after all- just some minor adjustments! What a relief! And I'm back to cool conditions again. Thank you!

You know, I have tried a lot of different places for ac repair over the years when my air conditioner has gone out or stopped pushing cool air out. It's the worst to be stuck without reliable cooling in the middle of summer. Thankfully, I had a friend recommend these guys to me and I thought, "Why not?" Every other company I have gone with has either not been able to help me or has charged me a ridiculous amount for bad service. They made my experience totally different. I didn't have to put up with any unexpected fees like I've dealt with in the past. They came out, they repaired my air conditioner and I haven't had any problems with it since then. I will definitely be taking all of my future business there if I need any repairs in the future. When the time comes to buy a new air conditioner, I am definitely going to trust them to install it.

In the dead of summer our central AC unit stopped working and we were desperately seeking help. We called John&Son HVAC Service and within no time they had a technician arriving at our home ready to look at the unit. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to spot the issue right away. The AC unit was repaired promptly and at a reasonable price. We are so thankful for your service.
