Probably a 3.5, but that isn't an option so I'll round it to 4 stars. Darilyn is very friendly and responsive. We were messaging her about a couple of things, and she got back to us quickly.

We stayed in the Riverside Loft, and paid extra to reserved the lower level as well for more privacy. However, there were still members of staff that would go in and out, which was concerning since that wasn't communicated beforehand.

I loved the loft. It was clean, cozy, and a 20 minute stroll to downtown Leavenworth. Perfect for 2 people or 3 close friends :) The fireplace gets loud once the fan kicks in, and takes a while for it to turn off after you turn the fireplace off. The TV was pretty small, but didn't really matter since the cable box wasn't working.

The checkout procedure is a bit strange, but if you don't mind then it isn't a big deal. They have 2 different versions of the checkout procedure in their binder. One version tells you to take out all the garbage and dispose of them in the proper bins, while the other version doesn't mention it at all. You also have to strip the pillowcases and bedsheets, and place it into the laundry bin for the housekeepers to pick up. These aren't the processes I'd imagine a "premium vacation rental" would have.

Overall, we still had a great time here.
