I am disappointed in the people who attend this park. I can't sit in my car and smoke with out people calling the police... smh grow up

Love this little park EXCEPT it smells so bad. The apartments down the hill have their trash cans right next to the walkway to get to the park. So on a hot day and when the wind happens to be in the "wrong" direction, it stinks like trash all the way to the park. I hope they move it.
