Came here instead of my normal dentist because they have updated technology and he didn’t. However, they tried double charging me. Since I had been seeing a dentist regularly, I knew what the cost was for me after insurance. I called them out on it. All of a sudden, they said “oh, I didn’t realize the doctor already put everything in.” So they got $7 from me instead of $79. Clearly they don’t want customers who know how much things cost because they canceled my following appointment without calling. I rescheduled and they cancelled it again. My husband goes there and is always complaining about how much he has to pay. I always told him it shouldn’t cost that much but he didn’t listen. Now I know for sure that they are overcharging him too. So be weary of this place! Better technology doesn’t warrant dishonesty and unfair practices. I highly recommend you go somewhere else!
