Basketball hoops suck because the ball won't go all the way through. Gets stuck.

This is a really nice park. I love the couples swing and the park is so open and pleasant.

This park is okay. Definitely not a favorite to stay at for much more than half an hour or just walk through. There used to be a school on these grounds. All torn down and foundation removed. Therefore, not many trees. New jungle gym system, benches around jungle gym, basketball court, and a softball/baseball field. There is tons of grass area for outdoor games like volleyball, soccer, corn hole and anything else you like. Tons of space for large groups. However, most all of these afore mentioned things have no shade as there are hardly any trees. The only places to sit are around the jungle gym area. Again, no trees for shade. Bathrooms are 2 port-a-potties at the very end of the parking lot (near the houses) in the furthest area possible away from park activities. So, depending on where you are it will be a "hike". This is not a park for hot summer days, but the cooler, breezier sunny days are better. Much better on cloudy days no matter the season. Watchout for dog poop in the open grassy areas. Not all dog owners are kind enough to pick up. There is a complementary poop container and bags at the park near the 2 entrances.
