Worst place ever. Don't every go here. I had my son do his hearing test here and I inform them that his primary language isn't English so to do further evaluation that I will need a translator. I don't hear back from them after being place on a waiting list. And when I called today they tell me that I need to have my insurance provide a translator since they can't. But they had this information for 3 weeks or more and never contacted me to inform me this. When I call them today they tell me this. After I got upset and inform them that I will not be using their facility, they send me an email telling me differently about when they spoke to the speech pathologist and told me to contact my child's school district to get help. My son is 2 years and 6 months. This place is awful. Do not go here. You'll be sorry you every attempted this place.

Very professional services offered here from hearing diagnosis, treatment, and planning to speech therapy. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The audiologist is very kind and extremely patient. Highly recommend Riverview.

The Dr was patient and explained everything. The staff was also nice. They were clear about the cost. The wait time wasn't long. There is a free parking structure.
