I really enjoy living at Riverview Lofts. The location is great, and the in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. If you are just graduating college and looking for a place to live, I suggest you live here.

The apartments looked nice so I arranged a tour with 72 hours advance notice. I received the confirmation for the tour via email and then I drove an hour and a half for the tour and no one is here and they are not answering texts, emails, or phone calls. I am a little more than frustrated and this is not a good sign at all. I don’t think I will be renting from them.

Very terrible place to live. The neighbor damaged my $30,000 car and another neighbor damaged another $30,000 vehicle. The apartments have it on video tape and never gave the police department a copy of the videos in order for me to press charges. I moved out in April/may 2022 and received half my deposit back. I had no pets on my lease and only had a pet there when my sister would come over as I had approval from the apartment manager. I received a statement in the mail last month saying they had to replace my carpets due to pet damage. Why am I receiving this statement 2 months later when it should have been replaced immediately after. Not 2 months after. I have tried to get ahold of the apartments and nobody is responding to emails or phone calls to show me documents of said pet damage. Do not rent from here.
