Provides administration offices for the Riviera Home owners Association which encompasses 1/2 the small island. Nice public meeting room for rent but no WiFi. 9 hole golf course next door and small restaurant across the street.

I will miss everything about the Riviera. I know people complain from time to time about fees or management but please take time to really take in how lucky you are to live in such an amazing community! To everyone who I have known and received asst. THANK YOU ALL!!! The "Riv" has been a true pleasure.
