Besides the screaming employee in the upstairs window because the grill on her car was accidentally damaged by a gentleman in the parking lot, it didn’t get better. I came in for a smog because I received a 30$ coupon. Then I couldn’t find it. So the young man said “can you find it at home?” So, I paid full price, went home and brought it back. Only to be informed he couldn’t accept the coupon after he had rung it up. At this point everything might have been smoothed over had they honored the coupon. It’s a business, not divine law. I’m not going back.

I brought my vehicle back due to issues with the brakes. Rizzoli’s installed new brakes 9 months and 20,000 miles before. They said I needed to have them replaced as they were warped. I had driven worse mountain conditions and pulling trailers the 130,000 miles before on the other brakes with no similar issue. However this time it was my fault that the brakes were bad. Outside of warranty. This is wrong and poor backing of good business. Maybe cheap parts or poor labor. I could understand if it was 100,000 miles under heavy load but the last 20,000 was highway driving.
You have lost a customer and I will let others know of the poor follow up service and lack of taking responsibility. If I were a manager or owner I would be embarrassed. Not the values displayed on your poster on the wall for sure.

Confidence lost! After my truck blew its heater core i called them and they told me they could fix it and get us out on the road in a couple of days...sadly it has been almost 2 weeks and we still don't have our truck back! They keep thanking us for our patience, but there have been no phone calls at all from them to tell me what is going on....i have had to call them and when i called they told me they would call me back at 2:30...they never called. They tell me maybe tomorrow or now maybe Monday because it is a delicate repair. I am still waiting on my truck....i will NEVER use Rizzolis again!
