My dryer was not heating up. After telling the business owner the symptoms and the info we had he regretfully told me that his employee was out sick and couldn’t repair it at our house. He gave us two parts numbers that would help and directions to a local store that he confirmed had the parts in stock and told me how to do the replacement. We did it and it works again.
I never paid him a dime. 10/10
