September 2020, set up appointment to assess and bid on generator install. Sep 4, they arrived and assessed. After multiple attempts finally received a non-detailed quote by text. After multiple subsequent calls, finally received a written quote by email but it didn't include the adjustments discussed with the electrician. Multiple efforts to contact them and received almost no phone calls back. Office always answered but they always said they had to talk with the electrician. Generator arrived on Nov 3 and I called and set up an confirmed appointment for install on Nov 19. Nov 19 arrives, no one shows. I call and they told me to find someone else.
