David and team helped us to sell our first home, and buy the next. We were on a tight schedule with our interest rate expiring, and were ultimately able to sell and buy within 2 and a half weeks. I doubt this would have been possible with any other real estate team! David was attentive to our needs, and respected our bottom line and wishes for the sale of our home. He was a great negotiator on both ends, and utilized different clauses to provide us security in our sale and our purchase. David also has knowledge about building and roofing from previous work experience, and this was incredibly helpful to us when looking for a new home. I would 100% recommend him and the RM team to any of my friends or family when selling or buying a home.
