First of all, Ryan and Kim who run this family business were delightful to deal with and very customer oriented. Ryan and his crafts people who refinished our floors are highly knowledgeable, skillful and caring. Their work was excellent and right on schedule. Our floors are stunning! We are so grateful to have chosen RMS.

We had a flooding incident in our home that ruined our floors. After a messy clean up we reached out to Ryan, Kim and Francesca at RMS to get new flooring. They had amazing inventory to choose from and made my wife and I feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. Our new floors are fantastic and the RMS crew took great care of us during installation.

Ryan and his team at RMS Handcrafted Floors are superlative. We have seven rooms with 80-year-old white oak floors, as well as one room that needed brand new wood. We also needed some patches and repairs. This was a challenging job. But RMS did all of this so that everything now looks brand new! Our floors are stunning. We're pleased. Upon completion, we found one small variation in the finish, and the guys came back out to touch it up promptly. If you want to have your floors refinished, either for selling your place, or just to enjoy in the years ahead, call in the RMS team.
