NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND COMPANY!! Not only did they insist on cash but they wouldn’t let my daughters boyfriend stay in the room (because he wasn’t the car owner he was told to wait in his car) he never even spoke a word to the guy. When my aunt accompanied her the next day that was never said. State patrol said he was likely trying to get more money by making it stay there longer. Even though there are laws that govern what towing companies can do, who is there to enforce? No one. And they have your property. Why wouldn’t a company allow a parent to pay? I was told company policy. I was willing to drive down if over the phone wasn’t going to work. I asked to speak to him to ask a question. I was told no. The worst part was him getting my daughter alone. Why would you want to have a women alone? I can only think of one reason. You can see someone’s true colors when they have power. Wish I could give them no star at all.

I’m so thankful for their service! I was helped by the tow driver John, and he was more then a good professional, he was very nice, and helped with everything possible. Was raining, he got there fast, he took a look on my motor and told me what the problem was, was polite and we had a very fun conversation, this company definitely is very lucky to have him! Wish the best, thank you!

They are scammers and their boss lied a lot and very arrogant he never keep his promise and he inflate prices so that people can not recover their car for him to auction it if he promised you anything don’t trust him when you come back he will change and he always go round asking about his victims to know if you have a lot of money so he can charge them more money
