I have been using Road runner pools for the last couple of years and I’ve been very happy and I’ve also referred them to some clients. Just as of yesterday I had Dominic out to help with the programming Of an automatic pool control and he was on time, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Cindy in the office was very responsive and had scheduled Service for the next day. Highly recommend, Russ Clarke

I do my own day to day pool maintenance. I bought and had installed a Glacier Pool Cooler from a different pool company. When I tried to use it this summer it didn't work as advertised. The installer tried to find the problem without success. I called the manufacturer and they couldn't determine what caused the problem. I called Roadrunner Pool Services and through a trial and error process they determined a fix. Actually the owner got involved and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to physics and it was a physics problem. Bottom line, this pool services owner didn't give up until it was working correctly and charged a very fair fee for expending a lot of man hours on a cooler he didn't install. Can't thank or recommend them enough. I will enjoy a cooled pool the rest of the summer. BTW the cooler always cooled the water, just didn't shut down properly. Perfect for the desert summers.

R.R has changed out my pool pump. They've redone some of my pool plumbing and sold me parts to keep everything running. Years later I'm asking them to start service. Excellent company.
