Came in with my Brother In Law last year to purchase his engagement ring. I was so impressed with the service he received that when the time came for me to start looking I came back. I found exactly what I wanted for my budget and am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this store. They are always nice and professional.

If you are going to go to Robbins Brothers, ask for Veronica Navarretta!! Veronica was incredible in helping me find my perfect engagement ring. She was kind, extremely patient, and helpful as I tried on ring after ring, trying to narrow down the style that I liked. She was understanding as I went from case to case telling her what I liked and didn't like and then came up with great suggestions for what to try on next while being mindful of my budget. Veronica kept me focused on our goal by having me select my favorites every time we tried on a new ring so I wasn't overwhelmed by our selection pool at the end. She was highly responsive over email after the initial appointment as we discussed gem options and next steps. Highly recommend working with her!

The quality and design of their rings are top notch. I did a lot of research online before going and I found their price is quite competitive. Customer service is great and I didn’t feel pressured when I was shopping there.
However their female sales associates tend to try on their customer’s ring on their finger right in front of the customers. When I brought my purchased ring back and picked up from resizing, every single female sales involved in my transaction put it on their fingers. I don’t know what their deals are. They literally sell these rings at their stores and can try on whatever style they please at their own time. Taking one star off for the lack of professionalism.
