-MY EXPERIENCE WITH ROBBYN-
My family has been on the market looking for a home for at least 7 months now. We've met agents at open houses, we also have numerous friends who are real estate agents and they are all great but Robbyn by far is the most impressive! She was not our agent so it's kind of funny that I'm even spending time writing a review about her. But she blows my mind with her level of responsiveness and professionalism.
She was the seller's agent. From the first time I called her, she was very upbeat. She showed us the house on the same day but did not push us or tell us she could be a dual agent. She advised, as appropriately so, that we should have our own agent, which we did (our agent was out of town and we told her that). She not only showed us one time, but she showed us a second time. The home she listed, I can see, had professional photos and professional staging. She had candy in the home and had notes posted about nearby restaurants and amenities. She showed us the property and was very knowledgeable although she doesn't even live around there. That indicates to me she's either very experienced or she did her homework, maybe both. Every time she didn't know something she told us she would find out and she followed through each time, getting back to us before we even expected. I can tell she had put a lot of effort into listing this home for her client, and it shows.
Robbyn was very personable, professional, and showed up to each appointment on time. Not only that, she was very responsive by phone, which was awesome! Her ability to be responsive to texts and phone calls and keep things moving is so amazing it's unbelievable! Now, you might say that's her job, but not really. Some agents take hours or half-a-day to call you back, not Robbyn!
I don't buy homes all the time but this would be the fifth home in my life and Robynn by far is the best I've come across. I stored her in my phone as Best Real Estate Agent Robbyn so I can remember to call her up if I were to sell a home. Now, I see these days a lot of real estate agents take a 2.5 commission and I believe I saw on there that Robbyn takes 3.0% (You can verify with her), but let me tell you, she is well worth the money! She prepared the house, represented the seller well, got her point across, but not pushy. I can't say enough good things about her. She's simply THE BEST!
I can't thank Robbyn and her team enough for their hard work during our real estate experience. My wife and I were both selling our home and buying simultaneously. On top of that, we were looking for a very difficult find as we were looking for horse property with a barn...... with an arena. Anyone who knows how hard it is to find property, much less horse property with a barn still standing and arena, knows how hard Robbyn worked for us. Her team was available at all times of the day (even when a different relator locked us out of our house after a tour). Last but certainly not least, Robbyn and her team fought for a fair deal on both sides and ensured ALL of our questions were answered, no matter how small.
In the end, if you are looking for a team on your side, Robbyn and her team are who you should choose— helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated. They will get it done!
