I took my son to see him and he was great like always. He listened to my concerns, then fully discussed them with my son so he felt that he was in control of his medical plan….. I really appreciated this as i didn’t want him to feel forced into this decision. After he confirmed that my son was also wanting treatment we found the best and safest one for him. Rob then again asked my son if he thought this was a good plan as well. I take all of my boys to Rob Merkel and you can’t beat the small town care you get here :) I was and always am impressed with the way he treats my boys like their voice matters the most, and this is their body and health. He had to get some immunizations that he was nervous about and they had 3 of the kindest nurses patiently calm him by explaining what they were going to do, and where…. This place is great :)
