Immediately after my Mother passed away, I contacted Kathy Robertson as I needed to get my Mothers house listed and sold as were her wishes according to her living trust. I could not have found a better agent. Kathy began working consistently to get the house listed. There was also a reverse mortgage on the home that Kathy answered many of my questions on and she was extremely good at answering all my calls, emails and texts very quickly. She is excellent at her job and I can genuinely say she really cares about her clients as she demonstrated with me. Only five days on the market and we had our first offer of not only our asking price but a little more too. Kathy did an outstanding job getting us to the closing date and property sold in a very short period of time. She even took in upon herself to clean the home prior to listing it as a gift to us. With every obstacle we encountered Kathy found a solution for. I cannot express enough the more than stellar job she did for us.
