Great place for kids to roam and play in the creek and catch frogs. Love the hikes, too.

The nature hike is a nice little hike, but it is too close to a busy street to really lose yourself in the nature you are presented with. The park is nice and there are plenty of picnic tables, grills, and fire pits. The camping area affords little privacy, but at least it is there should you wish to camp. There are plenty of vault toilets throughout the park. Both day use areas have playgrounds with equipment, volleyball nets, and there are two baseball diamonds at the upper one. Dogs are allowed on leash and there did not seem to be any dog run areas available.
