I came across Robs Auto Repair on google. I originally went there for a vehicle repair quote for my daughters Honda civic. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and treated with exceptional customer service. I explained what I needed and the manager immediately provided me with a written quote. Although I did not get the Honda repaired. I did take my daughter’s second car in when the check engine light came on because of the excellent customer service I received my first visit. They did a diagnostic service and provided all the information I needed to help me make the best financial decision for me. I was provided an itemized list which was very clear in regards to the needs to get the car up and running. Rob the owner and his mechanics were very professional with the service that was done and a reasonable turnaround. What pleased me most was to hear from the manager we want to make sure your love one drives a safe vehicle after our service therefore we will not do a rush job. The job was completed in a very reasonable time and the cost of the repairs were also very reasonable and fair.
