Though it has an atmosphere more like a happy hour hangout than as interesting as some of Seattle's other breweries, the beer here is phenomenal. The shopping mall location and decor make it feel more like an Applebees but the brews here are great. The Kolsch was fantastic with just a slight hop bite and very refreshing on a warm day. The white was also quite good and reminded me of Belgian springtimes long ago.

Rock Bottom has an awesome happy hour in Seattle. The service is nothing special but they don't forget about you (which is better than some places). The food is decent and the place looks nice. My biggest plus for it is the happy hour where you can buy their beer for cheap.

A large selection of bar foods for both lunch and dinner. While not the most healthy choices, they will allow you to modify some of your order to lower your carb count (veggies instead of fries, dressing on the side). The beer here is great and they have a great variety.
