There were 4 of us here for a late night dinner and it was all very tasty. Carmen was our waitress and she was very personable. And I am always impressed when a waiter or waitress can remember perfectly an order without writing anything down! I know I couldn't do it! We would definitely come back here again!

We were visiting Boston for the night and walked downtown for a place to have dinner, Rock Bottom definitely called our attention. The atmosphere was great, good music, service was really friendly from the start. We had nachos, shrimps, and pizza with a decent wine, and it was good!!... Overall experience was lots of fun.

Really great spot! Nothing to blow you away, but the service was excellent (and food came out fast!), they played a lot of good bops (also at a volume you can still comfortably talk over), and this was one of the first bars in Boston I didn't dislike the coleslaw. The fries were excellent, I got the turkey club which is pretty standard but I wasn't disappointed, and the prices were reasonable, especially for downtown Boston. Is this a take your visiting parents for dinner place? No. But it's a decent first date location, or if you're like me, a good place to get food after seeing a performance at one of the theaters nearby.
