Visited Tuesday 3/9/21. Parking (25+), I did not see any handicap parking at Rock Creek Park, bathrooms at the park are closed for the winter. The cove was beautiful and teaming with life! Love the islands and the views!! Great for small children and handicap accessible. Apparently you are able to swim in the cove at your own risk.
