Very courteous, cordial, polite and thorough estimator. No hard sell tactics used. Good follow-through. Gave me estimates for areas that needed repair as well as whole roof replacement. Price seemed reasonable as well.
Was not offended when I said I would be getting other bids.
I called the number by mistake and since the company said they did roofs, I thought I might as well get a bid from them too, and was pleasantly surprised! (I ended up using the company my friend recommended after finding the correct number.)
