I like the pre-wash bucket for all the bugs. The wash is very quick but gets the car clean.

Did anyone get a “free car wash”?I’m trying to cancel my membership. I’m not satisfied with the watered-down products they offer. The tire spray left a dull finish and the car scent spray doesn’t leave much of a scent. I did appreciate the abundant clean towels. The clerk had said I could cancel anytime online. Nope. You have to call and wait in a high-volume queue. It took 34 minutes to talk to a representative, nice guy, though. Sure liked it better when it was Zip and no one bothered you to get a membership.
